The 49th Annual Fergus Falls SummerFest!

Our event will continue to take place at the beautiful and historic Kirkbride Regional Treatment Center right here in Fergus Falls.

The festival will include headliner entertainment, arts & crafts, merchants, youth activities, food & beverage concessions, and much more!

All of this advertised via regional cable TV, newspapers, radio, resort tours, social media, Midwest Art Fair directory, statement stuffers of local banks, statewide visitor’s guides and festival tabloids. Please consider us!

Art & Craft Show:

Friday & Saturday,

Space & Fee:

12 x 12 outdoor – $95 each, $130 Double Space, $160 Triple Space

(Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own tent, chairs, etc.)

Location:

Kirkbride Park - Fergus Falls Regional Treatment Center

Entry Deadline:

June 1st (late entries add $25 late fee)

Confirmation:

Exhibitors will receive a confirmation email

No refunds after acceptance and No refunds due to weather

Hours & Set Up:

Set up either Thursday evening @ 7:00 pm or Friday @ 7:30 am

Event hours:

Friday - Noon to Fireworks at 10:15pm

Saturday – 9am to 5pm, with parade at 6pm

No early closing or tear downs, your fellow vendors will appreciate it!

Grounds will be patrolled overnight on Friday evening. Not responsible for damage/theft to booth space.
